Jakarta’s biggest food festival is back this weekend with all sorts of tasty treats to offer guests seeking great gastronomic experiences. This Feastival is set in two tents flanking both sides of Senayan City mall: the Fork Tent featuring all things desserts and coffee as well as workshops, masterclasses and a marketplace showcasing F&B businesses; and the Spoon Tent, which houses a curated stands from a select group of restaurants and 20 of Go-Food’s most popular partners. The world’s biggest whisky event is coming to Jakarta for the first time this weekend. Taking place at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski, entry to this spirited event comes with free unlimited tastings of over 100 whiskies from all over the world. If you are a fan of trance music (or even just know what it is) you’ve probably heard of Paul Van Dyk. One of the first true superstar DJs, the German producer is also the first artist to receive a Grammy Award in the Best Dance/Electronic album category when it was introduced in 2003. He was also named the world’s number one DJ in both 2005 and 2006 and has sold millions of albums worldwide. He’ll be gracing the decks of Colosseum this Friday.
