English electronic-soul act Honne has already performed in Indonesia twice in recent months and their massive popularity in the archipelago is bringing them back once more for a solo concert in the capital later this year.

Yesterday, music promoter Ismaya Live confirmed that Honne will be back with a solo concert on November 21 at Livespace SCBD, South Jakarta. The concert is part of Honne’s Love Me/Love Me Not world tour in support of their latest album of the same name that was released last year.  The duo will also perform at Neon Lights in Singapore two days later.

Honne previously came to Indonesia for a performance in February at LaLaLa Fest in Lembang, West Java, as well as Ismaya Live’s own music festival, We The Fest, in July of last year.

“Honne remains one of the bands that we’ve been frequently asked to bring [to Indonesia] by many music lovers out there. Jakarta tops the list of Honne listeners from all over the world on Spotify. We can’t wait to bring Honne back to Jakarta for their first solo concert in Indonesia,” Ismaya Live’s brand manager Sarah Deshita said in a statement released yesterday.

The concert will be an 18+ event, and you can purchase your tickets now for a special presale price starting at IDR500,000 (before 15% tax) on Ismaya’s official website as well as Honne’s

If you prefer to buy offline instead, tickets are also available at various Ismaya Group restaurants: Pizza ė Birra (Plaza Indonesia, Central Park, Mall of Indonesia, Setiabudi One, Mall Puri Indah, MaxxBox Karawaci, Kota Kasablanka, Cilandak Town Square, Paris van Java Bandung), Tokyo Belly (Setiabudi One, Grand Indonesia), Sushigroove (Pondok Indah Mall, Kota Kasablanka, Grand Indonesia, Setiabudi One, Mall Taman Anggrek), The People’s Cafe (Kota Kasablanka), Blowfish, Dragonfly, SKYE, Mr. Fox Jakarta, GIA, dan Kitchenette (Beachwalk Bali).

Honne is made up of James Hatcher and Andy Clutterbuck, who met in university and started making music together in 2014. The duo’s name is taken from the Japanese word honne, meaning “true feelings”. They have released two albums, Warm on a Cold Night (2016) and Love Me/Love Me Not (2018). While waiting for November to come, you can listen to a few of Honne’s hits below, preferably with someone that loves you:
