Doctor in court accused of filming patient’s breasts

A 26-year-old doctor appeared in court today accused of filming a female patient’s breasts with his phone.

The defendant, surnamed Yeung, was charged with one count of access to a computer with dishonest intent at Tuen Mun Magistrates’ Court today, Apple Daily reports.

Yeung allegedly used his iPhone 6 to film the chest of a female patient who was staying in a rehabilitation ward at Tuen Mun Hospital.

The incident reportedly took place on February 8, when a professor took a group of young doctors on a tour of the ward. Yeung, who was on the tour, was reported by one of the doctors also in the group.

The prosecution revealed that there were six witnesses in the case, including medical personnel.

The case will be adjourned until September 4, and the defendant was released on bail of HK$4,000 (US$510).

In other news about reportedly creepy men taking photos of women, police in Mong Kok have arrested a 43-year-old man after a 22-year-old woman accused him of taking upskirt photos.

The incident took place on the escalator at Sai Yeung Choi Street South at around 8pm last night.

A man surnamed Tang was arrested on suspicion of loitering, HK01 reports.
