Last Friday an enraged Regina Leung Tong Ching Yee, the wife of Chief Executive CY Leung, said some scathing remarks about the media coverage on her daughter’s Facebook post showing images suggesting self-harm, according to the Standard.
She zeroed in on Chinese University professor Ivan Choy Chi Keung—taking the liberty to add air-quotes around his “professor” title—calling him “cold-blooded” for saying CY Leung was exploiting his daughter in an article in Ming Pao on Thursday. She appeared to ignore a phone call from her husband as she was speaking in front of the cameras.
Naturally, a netizen dutifully fulfilled his civic responsibility of turning the politician’s wife comments interview into a song and music video.
