To celebrate its reopening, Ocean Park is offering admission tickets—with priority access to designated rides—for just HK$88.

The sale is part of a series of promotions beginning next month. For eleven days starting Mar. 1, log on to Ocean Park’s website for a chance at a range of HK$88 deals. Up for grabs are a limited number of steeply discounted admission tickets, lunch sets at the park’s restaurants and unlimited entry passes (valid from Mar. 1 to May 31).

Among the discounted deals are 10 sets of Ocean Park Marriott Hotel one-night-stay packages for HK$188, available for purchase on Mar. 11.

Following the government’s relaxation of gathering restrictions earlier this month, Ocean Park is back in business after being forced to close for much of last year. All visitors must pre-book tickets online and the park is operating at reduced capacity.

In January, the 44-year-old park announced that it would retire a number of iconic rides, including the Mine Train roller coaster and Raging River water ride, in conjunction with a major revamp that will see the park scrap entrance fees and implement a pay-per-attraction model.

The plans for the overhaul include the building of a 42,000 meter square free-to-enter retail, dining and entertainment space in the park’s lower area, which will host open-air markets, a children’s play zone and other facilities for those less interested in seeking a thrill.
