Hong Kong’s Fashion Walk gets the Yoshitomo Nara treatment

If you’ve somehow escaped the fever that renowned Japanese artist Yoshitomo Nara has cast over Hong Kong over the last couple of months, it’s time to get fully immersed in it.

Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay has been given the full Nara treatment, with various activities set up to showcase and celebrate the cutesy and contemporary artist from now until April 26.

Create your own masterpiece based on the sentiments evoked from the works at the SKETCH NATA installation, or gain insight into the private mind of the artist at the Nara Reading Corner, where you’ll be able to browse various books, including Nara’s Notes, autobiography and his first children’s book, The Lonesome Puppy.

See, we told you he was cutesy!

Die-hard Nara fans who’ve already been to see his first solo exhibition “Life is Only One” at the Asia Society Hong Kong can also show their stamp to receive two limited edition Nara postcards.

Boom! You can’t argue with free stuff.
