The crowd is sexy.

If you’re up for frolicking on a boat with bikini-clad girls and buff guys for four days straight, you’ve come to the right place, friend. Vacation mode starts at Marina Bay sands in Singapore, the departure point for ITS, but the crowd on board is made up of party people from all corners of the globe. The only requirements seem to be a super friendly attitude, a love of dancing (no dance floor needed), and looking hawt as hell. Yep, this ship is lit.

The cruise ship is ultra luxe.

The 335 meter Genting Dream cruise ship is a sight to behold. The luxe ship is brand spankin’ new (it was launched just one year ago) and holds up to 4,000 people on 19 decks. Sounds like ample twerking space to us! Each cabin is decked out in all the essentials – giant plush beds, lots of space for champagne buckets, and, of course, views of the clear blue sea.

You’ll be surrounded by paradise.

Speaking of views, one thing that sets this party aside from all the other Full Moons and Ibizas of the world is the fact that you’re out on the open ocean. Take in the view of limestone islands on the horizon during the day and look for shooting stars at night. You’ll be cruising through one of the most stunning tropical environments in the world. Let yourself be charmed by your surroundings in between tequila shot toasts and pool parties.

The music lineup is insane.

To say that this music lineup is epic is a total understatement. If you’re into electro, house, hip-hop, EDM, pop – basically any music with a dance-inducing beat, you’ll rejoice over the first phase of IT’S THE SHIP’s heaven-sent lineup. Here’s just a small taste of the music on board.

Headliners Krewella kick off the party. These sisters from Illinois are all about electro and dance-infused pop and rock. Their pumping beats and soothing vocals will keep you moving all night. Yellow Claw, the DJ/record production duo from Amsterdam, is on board to bring their unique blend of hip hop and electro dance. These guys have mixed beats with top DJs like Diplo and Waka Flocka Flame.

Brennan Heart, hot off Tomorrowland, pushes the pulse of the crowd with hardstyle beats. Lose yourself dancing to Coone’s hard tracks; cool synth sounds layered under crystal clear vocals and emotional raps. We’re already hungry for Peking Duk’s highly danceable tunes that put an electro synth spin on disco inspired tracks. DJ Tigerlily rounds out the top headliners with her girlish but oh-so-powerful voice.

88rising will represent Asian hip hop with their rap super-squad. This company is behind some of the most boundary-pushing, stereotype-breaking acts in the biz, like Higher Brothers and Keith Ape. But remember, this is just the first phase lineup; there’s much more to come.

It’s full of unforgettable moments.

IT’S THE SHIP doesn’t stop at spectacular tropical scenery, luxury digs, epic beats and beautiful people. Each year the cruise features a number of unforgettable surprises to keep the crowd guessing. Last year  David Hasselhoff was the guest of honor and there was even a marriage proposal in the middle of the black tie feast. We’re pretty sure they didn’t just meet on the cruise, but who knows?

Get ready for daytime waterslide parties in the middle of the ocean, MCs spittin’ incredible rap battles, and impromptu pool dance parties in bikinis and crazy costumes. Add to that a bowling alley, casino, mini golf course, ropes course, bars, clubs and 35 different restaurants to choose from. This crowd knows how to have fun.

IT’S THE SHIP is Asia’s largest festival at sea. The 4-day, 3-night music cruise departs from Marina Bay  Cruise Centre in Singapore on November 17, crossing international waters to one of the most beautiful destinations in the world, Phuket, Thailand, before returning to Singapore on November 20.

Take a look at last year’s wild and highly entertaining aftermovie for a little peek on board.
