In Pics: Rally in the Alley, Coconuts Singapore’s first (and defo not the last) block party

Our first block party came and went last Saturday — and if you missed out, we feel bad for you son, ’cause it was straight up fire. Kicking off at 5pm (yeah, we like to party early), fans and friends streamed in pretty quickly to the Rally In The Alley, right outside our new digs at 70 Neil Road. Copious amounts of Chang Beer, wine by Bottles XO and local munchies were consumed, as our editor Ilyas Sholihyn spun a web of turnt tunes from the Neon Lights 2016 lineup with Bandwagon editor Daniel Peters.

Chill vibes all around as A Better Florist readied up floral crowns (so festival!) and folks lounged on the super comfy bean bags provided by doob.

Evening quickly arrived in the reverie, and the party took a smooth dive with deep house tunes by veteran DJ Weekend Mack. Even more beer was consumed (free-flow all night, waddup) as dusk fell further, with party animals streaming in, curious to see what was going on in the alley.

A huge thank you to all those who dropped by and got lit with us at our very first #RallyintheAlleySG! Shout out to our sponsors Chang Beer, Bottles XO, A Better Florist and Doob, as well as our partners Neon Lights. Here’s to more block parties to come.

If you liked them wines from BottlesXO, be sure to use the coupon code BXOALY for $10 off your first order! Valid only till Dec 18, 2016 (not applicable with PayPal).
