Pattaya police raided a rented pool villa in Pattaya on Thursday afternoon. They arrested 28 teens after the house was found to contain a 250cc (8 ounce) bottle of ketamine as well as accessories used to take the dissociative tranquilizing drug, white powder and illegal e-cigarettes.
Police acted after getting a tip-off that teens were on drugs at the villa. At the raid, they learned that the youths came from Bangkok and rented the villa for THB7,500 per day. They arrested 16 male and 12 female Thai teens, reported The Nation.
Before asking them to hear charges, the teens were given urine tests to determine whether or not they used drugs.
