Kamala, a property developer in Phuket, has recently attracted investors from Hong Kong and Singapore to invest in the most expensive villa project yet in Thailand.
MontAzure will hold 13 ultra-luxurious villas. The cheapest one will be THB350 million.
They feature private infinity pools, low-slung modern minimalist designs and unstated wooden facades.
The prices will go as high as THB700 million and the largest will be 4,500 square meters on a 6.5 rai plot overlooking the ocean and Phuket’s Kamala Beach, reported Bangkok Post.
The project should be complete by early 2017 if you’re in the market for a little beach cottage.
MontAzure is not just villas though. There will also be an InterContinental Hotel with 200 rooms, a Cafe del Mar, a famous nightclub from Ibiza, and developers are looking to partner with a high-end mall, retirement village, hospital, movie theater and more to round out their new property.
