The 24-year-old woman, only identified as Methawarin, said that she works at a private company in the Chidlom area. Since this was not the first time she encountered this public masturbator, Methawarin captured the incident as she walked pass Chidlom bridge at 9:30am yesterday.
The woman said she first saw him on Monday in the exact same spot, standing beside his motorbike taking care of some very private business in public. The area is usually bustling with office workers, and she is worried for the safety of other commuters.
According to a report on Thairath, when the wanker realized that he was being filmed, he put his junk back inside his pants, where it belonged.
As Methawarin could memorize his license plate, police are now tracking down the pervert.
