As a gift to all of their loyal riders, The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has decided to offer free rides on the BTS skytrain and BRT rapid bus service on December 31 and January 1.
The free rides last for 24 hours. They start at noon on Dec. 31 and end at noon on Jan. 1. During that time, anyone can ride the BTS or BRT for free.
Additionally, rides on the khlong boats between Pratunam Phasi Charoen pier and Phet Kasem 69 pier will also be free, reported Thai PBS.
