Job Responsibilities
The Junior Video Producer will assist the Senior Video Editors/Producers with all aspects of video production, including, but not limited to, pre-production, story planning, on location production (video shooting, lighting and sound) and post-production (editing). Projects will include short viral video content/series (1-3 minutes each), corporate commercial and branded content (1-5 minutes each), and long form original documentary features (5-15 minutes). Junior video producer may also be required to produce short independent projects on their own (3-5 minutes each).
The following traits are essential:
- Thai national
- Strong English communication skills and fluent in Thai
- Good at meeting deadlines and working on a strict schedule
- Good at managing and organizing large amounts of media
- Works well in a team, but can also work independently
- Self motivated and full of creative ideas for potential projects
- Works well under stress and can learn quickly
Desired Technical Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in video production and editing (related degree a plus)
- Ability to edit video from 15-second to 5-minutes in length, with strong sense of story
- Strong understanding of Adobe Premiere (After Effects and Photoshop a plus)
- Strong understanding of file types and delivery methods
- Experience with color correction a sound mixing a plus
- Demonstrable proficiency in DSLR, Canon C100, Gimbal Stabilizers, Action Cams
- Ability to fly and film with a drone a drone a plus
