Police are currently negotiating with Dr. Wanchai Danaitamonut, the suspected gunman who shot two of his colleagues to death at Phranakhon Rajabhat University, to drop his gun and turn himself in.
The negotiation has been in-progress for over three hours as police are surrounding Supap Hotel, in Saphan Kwai area, where Wanchai was found after the shooting yesterday morning.

After Wanchai put the gun to his head and threatened to kill himself, police called his best friend to talk him into turning himself in. The professor has shielded himself in his car.
