Nine people were killed and five injured when a van traveling to Bangkok rear ended an eighteen-wheeler truck this morning.
The accident took place on Ban Rang Road in Chachoengsao province when the van’s driver, Wirot Wongkod, tried to change lanes to pass the truck. Tragically, another vehicle was approaching in that lane and Wirot could not stop the car in time so he swerved hitting the 18-wheel truck in the rear.
The van was transporting passengers from Prachinburi, Krobkruakao reported.
