After nearly two years on hiatus, queer DJ collective Go Grrrls is back again. They will throw their first party since the before-times Friday on Khaosan Road.
At Queertopia, drag queen Azxula will slay the ratchet runway while DJs Peachji, Cleo P, and Dookie will inflame the queer night out with everything hyperpop, disco, house, electronic, and hip-hop throughout the night.
Queertopia starts at 8pm until late Friday at Tropical Galaxy. The bar is located on Khaosan Road. Admission is THB250.
The last Go Grrrls event was in December 2020, before the second, third and all the waves of COVID-19 pretty much washed all the nightlife fun away.
Go Grrrls was founded back in 2013 by a female trio behind the Bangkok clubbing scene: Dookie, Mae Happyair and Cleo P. The group aims to provide an LGBTQ+-inclusive environment lacking in the city’s club scene.
