Pop rock band Boys Like Girls adds Bangkok date to Asia Tour

Throw it away! Forget yesterday! We’ll make The Great Escape!

For those of you looking to relive your emo phase, American pop rock group Boys Like Girls is coming to Bangkok as their last stop for their Asia tour.

Organized by Skesh Entertainment and Defiance Entertainment, the band will perform the entirety of their 2006 self-titled debut album at Lido Connect on October 17.

The album featured catchy singalong hits such as “The Great Escape”, “Five Minutes to Midnight”, “Hero / Heroine”, and “Thunder”.

Their Bangkok show follows gigs in Cebu (Oct 12 and 13), Singapore (Oct 14), and Kuala Lumpur (Oct 15).

Boys Like Girls were scheduled to embark on their Asia tour in 2020, but had postpone it due to COVID-19.

Formed in 2005 in Boston, Boys Like Girls consists of vocalist Martin Johnson, guitarist Paul DiGiovanni, bassist Gregory James, and drummer John Keefe. Their debut LP was certified gold in the US, selling over 700,000 copies.
