With millions of residents in Bangkok, experiences and views on society in the city vary for each person.

Four Bangkokians came together to express their different impressions of the word “Krungthep,” the name Thais call their capital, whether it portrays a location, a capital city, or a lifestyle.

Featuring artwork from the Doo ood Group in mixed media, painting, 3D installation, and illustration, the artists interpret what their hometown means to them and how they live in this busy city.

Issues like the gap between classes will also be interpreted and presented in the form of interactive toys and child-like games.

Perspectives on different backgrounds, being born and raised, and starting out alone in the city will be seen through the artwork.

Check out this art exhibition at Bridge Art Space to experience some local flavor. Admission is free.
