Fans of the Facebook page Classical Art Memes (that’s everyone really) as well as fans of Khon and other historically Thai things, should get thyself to Bangkok Art & Culture Center anytime between June 30-July 30.

For his new solo show, artist Nakrob Moonmanas saw fit to collage classical western and Thai images together, creating dreamlike finished products that merge characters and ideas never seen together before.

Running through the month of July, this fascinating month-long art exhibition, “Sacrifice,” combines art pieces from a diverse cultural genesis into conceptual collages, honoring faith, memories, and artists. The stories of Thailand will be illustrated through old-fashioned arts using contemporary techniques.

Don’t miss this exciting upcoming exhibition by this Bangkok-based artist. Free admission.
