This new ‘hood we’re referring to is The Palazzo Srinakarin, a community of gorgeous residential housing by AP. Located near Paradise Park, it’s southeast of downtown Bangkok.

This luxurious and eco-friendly community is comprised of 52 housing units in a serene (and green!) environment. It’s luxury living with the feel of an urban retreat. Each unit sports a timeless American neoclassical look, which makes it feel luxurious in a very homey way. Imagine classic mansions in the US; symmetrical facade, solid pillars and a design that withstands the test of time. It’s like owning the American dream house without the burden of emigrating and starting everything all over again.

If the thought that Bangkok doesn’t have enough nature has crossed your mind, then a visit to The Palazzo will rejuvenate your senses. This is what life could be like when you live adjacent to a large golf course, Rama IX public park, and a community-friendly water park. You’ll feel like you’re in the Thai countryside, when really you’re still right in Bangkok.

This gated community is surrounded by a network of transport routes connecting Bangkok to different destinations — from the yellow-line skytrain to interconnected roads that lead to Sukhumvit Road as well as Bangna. It’s easy to get in and out of the city (if you ever want to leave), yet it’s safe, private, and peaceful inside.

In addition to its design, heavily influenced by classic good ol’ American architecture, and its lush green setting that protects its residents from urban pollution, The Palazzo does have one more impressive feature: the luxury of space and freedom. In Bangkok. Yes, you read that right.

The residences start at a magnificent 391 sqm — a rare catch for a property here in Bangkok. You’d probably have better luck winning the lottery… or finding an empty Bangkok street at rush hour.

There are three types of residential units in The Palazzo:

1. Antonio: A two-floored ‘palazzo’ with 3 parking spots (cue those limited edition luxury cars), 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms — covering a total area of 391 sqm.

2. Monticello: Similar to Antonio, it’s 2 floors with 4 parking spots (the bigger your house, the more cars you should have; it’s logic), 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms — covering a total area of 528 sqm.

3. Lorenzo: The big sophisticated brother of the The Palazzo family, it boasts 2 floors, 4 parking spaces, 5 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms — it may seem similar to Monticello, but the residence features an even more impressive space of 547 sqm. And more space equals more activities for everyone!

With such a vast spacious area to call home, your extended family, from grandparents to grandkids, can easily live under one roof, which suits the traditional Asian values that we Thais hold dear. And speaking of family, The Palazzo is the ultimate investment to pass on to future generations. Think about it: the location, the mind and body-friendly greenery, the lavishly large space, and timeless architectural design will ensure The Palazzo is the cornerstone of a family legacy.
