The only thing better than a hearty Italian meal is beer. And the only thing better than beer is Italian craft beer. Thankfully, the two will be united next Saturday at a five-course dinner featuring gourmet Italian eats and five different brews from Birra Baladin, the beer lovers’ favorite label that has newly arrived in Bangkok.
It’s all going down at Loop Italian in Patumwan Princess Hotel on June 24. The menu for the Baladin Beer Dinner was specially prepared by Chef Roberto Panariello.
Chef Roberto honed his skills in rustic Italian cuisine in Sardinia, before gracing the kitchens of a number of fine dining restaurants throughout Europe.
The menu will feature dishes such as tuna tartare paired with Baladin’s Isaac brew and Frittura Calamari All ‘Italiana paired with Baladin’s Wayan recipe. In addition, you’ll get 20 percent off each additional bottle of Baladin beer you buy.
