Are you constantly bothered by some of life’s most pressing questions? Particularly, where you should be eating this weekend? (First world problems, I know). Well, we’re here, and we’ve got you covered. For all the Sunday brunch loves out there, here’s the perfect, delightful place to be!

Sunday Brunch at Atelier at Pullman Grande Sukhumvit offers one of Bangkok’s most diverse selections of international cuisine. As you walk into the restaurant, don’t be too (pleasantly) surprised to find row after colorful row of famous international dishes Atelier. Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it.

Once seated, refresh your palate with some Sangria. Have a fruity sip, or a couple, to shake the week off and then you’re ready to go!

Let’s start with some seafood, shall we? Sunday Brunch at Atelier, you can spoil yourself with a vast range of fresh chilled seafood. From the glorious King Crab, the New Zealand mussels and shrimp, to Normandy’s very own Fine de Claire Oysters served on ice. “Mais oui”, all the way. Be sure to check out the variety of dipping sauces, ready to complement those succulent seafood bites in any way that you please, and you’ll sure feel like the king of all the seven seas.

The list doesn’t just end there, though. Besides the delicious seafood station, head on to your right where you’ll find a juicy selection of grilled Wagyu beef, lamb chops, pork, New Zealand mussels, and river prawns, prepared by the chef in front of your very own eyes. Indulge in the sweetest, most juiciest choice steaks, grilled to your liking. We love the lamb chops, so be sure to have a bite!

It’s not a true international buffet without some Spanish flair, now is it? Feel the real taste of Spain right here in Bangkok by the hands of Spanish Executive Chef Pedro Carrillo. And you won’t know Spain unless you’ve tried paella, or so we’ve heard. So season up your meal with some paella served on a huge, sizzling frying pan featuring some of the finest mussels, squid, and shrimp around.

Of course, who can forget Thai food? Som tum fans, this is your calling – Sunday Brunch at Atelier has even dedicated a whole station to the spicy salad! Choose your ingredients, watch the chefs do their magic, and spice up your plates with Thailand’s hottest dish, if you dare.

Chinese cuisine? Say no more! For one of the world’s most original and oldest recipes, Sunday Brunch features a selection Peking Duck, barbecued suckling pig, and savory dim sum. Don’t miss out on some Japanese sushi rolls and some sashimi while you’re at it as well. Oh, and rules don’t apply here, honey, so mix up your plates with another cuisine, like some buttery naan bread dipped into masala-filled Indian curries. Perfect!

If by now you feel like you can take just couple more bites, which you will, have some savory soup or make your own salad at the salad bar where you can literally be your own chef. There is also premium foie gras, a caviar station, carving station, and an extensive selection of cheese, imported from all over the world. Name it, and they’ll have it.

There’s always room for dessert, even when you’re this full. Cakes, crepes, chocolate fondue, premium teppanyaki ice creams (yes, seriously!), you name it. All your most guilty sweet pleasures are here. One thing we like, is that Sunday Brunch’s desserts are sweet in just the right places with just the right amount.
