Twist your pretzel-loving heart into knots at new Pattanakarn cafe, Bangkok

A gray-walled cafe tucked away in Pattanakarn, Bloom BKK, is serving soft pretzels fresh and hot each day, some with sweet or savory fillings that put a twist on the traditional German snack.

How about classic, knot-shaped pretzels come coated with French butter (THB60) or roasted almonds (THB75). You can also try their signature, ring-shaped stuffed pretzels, available in two flavors: 55% dark Belgian chocolate (THB80) or the cream cheese-stuffed Queen Cheese (THB85). The cafe also plans to experiment and release new flavors each month.

The house coffee blends highlight local beans, like the medium-dark blend featuring Chiang Mai beans and the light-medium roast from Mae Taeng and Mae On (from THB65 for an americano and THB70 for a piccolo latte). Specialty and single-origin beans are also available.
