A chic and elegantly modern European restaurant on Soi Sukhumvit 34 has a new, all-day brunch menu featuring home-style dishes ideal for sharing with family and friends.
Created by Swiss head chef Yannick Hollenstein, White Shuffle has launched new dishes highlighting Western delights made with fresh, Thai ingredients that go beyond the usual mid-morning fare.
Think dishes like crispy soft shell crab salad (THB340), loaded with fried, soft-shell crab, wild rocket, green apple, cream cheese mousse, a honey and garlic dressing, and bite-size, pan-seared foie gras beignets (THB390/3 pcs.) with caramelized organic figs and balsamic vinegar.
Heftier options include rib-eye steak with potatoes and egg (THB1,490/190g), with sliced Tajima wagyu alongside potato pave, sour cream, charred onions, green peppers, and fried egg, and lamb ragout pasta (THB340) served with lamb shank, red and goat peppers, and grana padano cheese.
Beyond savory dishes, breakfast desserts are also available, like blueberry pancakes (THB290) topped with Madagascar vanilla ice cream, maple syrup, lychee blossom honey, and bee pollen, and Peach, Passion and Espresso Delight (B290) served with mascarpone mousse, espresso jelly, almond biscuit, and passion fruit sherbet.
Don’t want to eat out? The restaurant also offers brunch delivery in the form of brunch boxes. These come in options like “Sweet & Fruity,” “Mediterranian Sun and Out of the Sea,” and “Nordic Delight,” each packed with a full breakfast/brunch curated by chef Yannick, plus croissants, a salad, and cheesecake lollipop. They are currently on discount, too, from THB299 (from THB350) to THB399 (from THB450).
