Coming to J Avenue Thonglor, The Shoyu Stand promises a unique take on ramen that will leave the taste buds tingling. Although the menu hasn’t been officially released, you can expect intriguing creations like awa-kei (bubble) cappuccino ramen that blends rich broth into a mixer before serving, creating a rich, bubbly consistency that looks just like the frothy top of a cappuccino.
Shin Inoue’s No Name Noodle has been fully booked since it opened in early 2022.
