Three years ago, Taiki Tsubota went viral for making “perfect” burgers that famously drew a 1,000-strong waiting list. Now, his new brand Bun Meat and Cheese ups the game and pays homage to the greasiest, guiltiest of pleasures the world has to offer.

His just-announced Bun Meat and Cheese World Tour is a gastronomical tour of the world’s landmark hamburgers starting with a tribute to New York City’s Shake Shack.

The “Fake Shack” burger, available now, resembles the real deal with its springy house-made potato roll, perfectly smashed and seared US black angus beef patty, a melted slice of American cheese, thinly sliced tomatoes, lettuce and a homemade special “fake” sauce.

You can get your fake shack on for THB260 until June 15 at The Commons Thonglor. Only 30 burgers will be sold each day. After that, Taiki and co. will introduce a brand-new tribute burger.
