The highlight of this dish has got to be the poached eggs. We know poaching perfection when we see it — the egg white holds the whole thing together and as soon as you break it open, the yolk gushes out like lava from a volcano. The creamy orange dressing isn’t heavy or overpowering, instead it delivers a zesty, acidic, parsley-ish flavor, all topped with real grated orange zest.
Mixed Berry Banana Granola Frappe
Not a coffee person? (Don’t worry, you’re not alone.) Order this over-the-top blend instead — it’s worth the price.
This frappe has an assortment of berries, a banana thrown in, crunchy granola grains, and more berries on top. If you’re one of those people who exercise and skip breakfast, this is definitely something to power up you till your next meal. The rich texture is smooth, and the crunchiness from the Australian granola is a pleasant surprise.
At first, we thought this menu sounded more like a home appliance than a brunch dish. But it turned out to be unexpectedly wholesome and tasty.
Let’s start with the ingredient count in this bowl. We got the superfood quinoa, lightly cooked cauliflower, rocket leaves, thick slices of beetroot, crunchy cherry tomatoes, avocado chunks, lima beans, white radish slices, soft cooked pumpkins, and finely shaved red radish. Oh, and a small splash of balsamic vinegar for a balanced garden-fresh taste. The sheer mix of flavors and textures is a party in your mouth: crunchy, soft, roasted, sweet, acidic, and a bit savory.

You might think that we photoshopped the omelet to make it puffier, but that’s au naturel, baby. It’s all from the sheer amount of cheese and ham chunks swallowed up in that cloud of egg. Plus, the omelet rests on a bed of toasted sourdough bread. The crunchiness of the bread and bacon (forgetting to mention this crucial part would be a sin!) was so real, it almost disturbed the next table.
Smashed Avocado with Bacon
If you want the goodness and crunchiness of bacon and fresh sourdough toast without an omelet, this is it, chief.
The toast is covered with a generous spread of smashed and seasoned avocado, bouncy poached eggs (ready for more gooey goodness?), feta cheese wedges, mint leaves for a refreshing aftertaste, and a nice scattering of pumpkin seeds. It includes good fats (know the difference), adequate carbs, a fresh dose of protein, and mean greens — simply super nutritious.
Tuna Nicoise and Pesto
Based on the home-styled recipe from, you guessed it, the town of Nice, this new dish is likely the least breakfast-looking one on the menu. So meaty it actually look like a pork chop, the thick tuna steak is as tender as it is juicy.
If a leaner source of protein is what you’re after, this is a great choice. Like the classic French version, the plate includes baby potatoes, black olives, cherry tomatoes, green beans, rocket leaves, and a drizzle of pesto. Dig into this menu and tell us we’re wrong about it.
