Police are saying you can expect some serious bottlenecking in Bajera Village, Selemadeg in Tabanan as they prepare to extract a bus that has plunged into the Otan River.
The crashed bus’ removal from the river has been scheduled for Tuesday around 9 pm, according to Selemadeg Police Commissioner Abdus Salim.
“We hope that the public can understand that bottlenecks will occur when crossing the Denpasar-Gilimanuk Bypass because the crashed bus will be lifted out,” Salim told Tribun Bali on Monday.
Meanwhile, Tabanan Police Chief Gede Eka Putra Astawa was hesitant to divulge to local media whether or not the bus driver survived the accidental plunge and says they are still investigating about how the bus got into the ravine in the first place.
