The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) has issued a high tide warning on Bali shores, which may last until at least tomorrow.
“Stay cautious of high tides reaching up to 2 meters or more on the southern part of the Bali strait, Badung strait, southern part of Lombok strait, and the Southern part of the Indian Ocean,” BMKG wrote in a statement.
The agency said the public should consider the conditions before venturing out for any activities in those areas.
BMKG said the waves could reach as high as 2.5-4 meters in the southern waters of Bali.
Surfers, please heed the warning. This is not a challenge.
