Ever drive by the empty shell of a teaching hospital at UNUD, Jimbaran and wonder what the heck is going on there? Because we seriously do all the time.
After a two-year pause following a corruption scandal and an arrest by the official Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the construction project at Udayana University, Jimbaran is back on, reports Tribun Bali.
The local newspaper says it talked to a construction worker from the hospital project, who told them that the hospital is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
From on-site observation by Tribun Bali on Monday, the construction renovation and work is speculated to have a budget of Rp 66 billion at least.
“I just started working here today, but the work has been going since the beginning of last month,” Hentur, 30, told Tribun Bali.
