He ‘did it for love’: British reality TV contestant says he once spent £6000 to fly a girl out to Bali

A new participant on British reality dating show, Love Island, claims that the biggest gesture he did in the name of love was flying a girl out to Bali.

“I was out in Bali last year for a few months and I had gone on a couple of dates with this girl prior to this, a really blinding girl and I had some friends pop out to visit me and my dad at the end, I flew a girl out for 10 days,” Essex man Jonny Mitchell told a British tabloid on Wednesday.

“If you consider the accommodation in it as well, like £6000 or something like that then that was extravagant.”

No kidding.

Well, since he’s on this show, which is set in Majorca this season, it seems the gesture didn’t turn out so well, when it was all said and done.

Mitchell apparently got engaged in Bali and was with his fiancé for five years, until she cheated on him.

If his ex happened to make an appearance on the show, Mitchell says he’d question whether he was on Ex on the Beach first, but would then “play with it!”

Ironically, the latest season of Ex on the Beach is being filmed in Bali, so maybe he’s on the wrong show.

Mitchell is ‘DTF’ and says he wouldn’t mind having sex on camera.

“I like sex, I’m pretty sure everyone does! Anything goes, I would like to consider myself at least 50 percent a freak! If the girl is up for anything then I’m up for anything.

“If I get too worried about it, then I’ll just whip the covers off and the cameras will go won’t they…”

What is it with ‘fuck boys’ being drawn to Bali?

And don’t worry, he seems to be set on coming back.
