CANGGU: Dive into Bali’s urban art scene
Check out Bali’s thriving graffiti and street art scene this weekend in Canggu. Back for its second year, the Tropica Bali Urban Art Festival is featuring a series of events, including live paintings, workshops, exhibitions, artist talks, and even a beach cleanup. The festival will culminate with a big party on Sunday.

SEMINYAK: Don drag for Lacalaca’s 5th birthday bash
Seminyak Mexican restaurant Lacalaca is turning five and they’re having a blowout to celebrate. Dress in drag to get free drinks all night long. Everyone else, go from 6-8pm for your booze. Free tacos will be flowing all night long, as will tunes from “locally almost famous DJs”.

CANGGU: Peruse the market for goodies
The ever-popular monthly Old Man’s Market is back this weekend. Hunt for souvenirs, clothes, homewares, snacks, and even secondhand stuff. The Canggu Market has it all and you can’t beat the location at Batu Bolong.

LEGIAN: Club it up to celebrate the ‘Jenja legacy’
One of Bali’s mainstay nightclubs, Jenja, is turning three, so of course you can expect a full-on evening of celebration. With a birthday bash entitled Arcadia, the club is creating a “garden party” with DJ’s spinning all night long. Partygoers are encouraged to dress “exotic chic”. Prizes for the top three best-dressed will be going out. Pre-sale tickets are available online for Rp 250k, door price is Rp 350k.

BUKIT: Lather up for a foam party on the beach
