COCONUTS HOT SPOT — There’s no comfort like creamy comfort. That is, the creamy, sweet, melt-your-heart comfort you get when eating something rich and manis that looks like it was straight from a top-pinned Pinterest post.
Located at wedding photography shop Axioo Bali, the whimsically decorated, dessert place “Creamy Comfort” is complete with surroundings that contain cute chairs with rabbit ears, shabby chic furnishings, and Instagram-worthy frames everywhere you turn. And most importantly, a selection of desserts that are beautiful in appearance and most importantly, taste.
Before they opened on Jl. Raya Kerobokan, Creamy Comfort started out as an online business with the occasional bazaar appearance. Since they’ve opened up shop as an actual brick and mortar cafe, they’ve ditched the plastic packaging and started serving things up in their own “happy space.”
Their whole business began from their Black Russian Pie—so that’s a definite must try here. A word of warning, though: true to its name, the booze is strong on this one so the non-drinkers amongst you might want to try their other confections. We recommend their banoffee, a creamy combination of velvety banana, cream, and coffee that will have you clinking your spoon to get to the very last bit stuck in the corners of the square jar it is served in (seriously guys, square jars? cute, but cruel…).

They also take their coffee seriously at Creamy Comfort. A Kees van der Westen espresso machine is always on standby to satisfy your caffeine cravings. But for those days you’d rather simply float on in a creamy comma, order “Mudslide,” a frosty Bailey’s-induced-like pie on a nutty graham cracker crust.
