One day after puzzling over a car on a Yishun sidewalk, Singaporeans are in an unbridled frenzy over the appearance of a majestic farm animal there.

Photos of a horse striding through a housing estate parking lot, posted online this morning by a man named Honda Williams, show the animal being led from a horse trailer.

“Yishun got horses to play. Yishun is really a best place to stay … adventures town [sic],” Williams wrote in the caption.

The post’s been shared thousands of times and drawn more than 400 comments, mostly from overly excited city slickers with little to no experience of country life.

“Yishun so happening ah? You can do ur horse riding there [sic],” one Kay Teo wrote.

Some people wrote to say they saw the horse walking around the neighborhood Tuesday.

MP Louis Ng, who is famously fond of animals, jumped in to say the said horse was involved in a community project that he would be announced next month.

Meanwhile, others jumping on the trending post came up with a new meme for Yishun as another place to go to for all things equestrian, aside from the zoo and turf club.

The meme also took a jab at the controversial City Harvest Church leader Sun Ho, who many have compared (unfavorably) to a horse.
