Sick of gassy root beer floats? Bubble tea franchise Gong Cha has teamed up with ice cream parlor Haagen-Dazs on a new menu of bubble tea ice cream floats available from Friday.

Pick from three floats that combine flavors from both the bubble tea and ice cream brands. The Caramel Choc (S$5.50) is a combination of Gong Cha’s Rich Chocolate Malt drink and comes topped with Haagen-Dazs’ salted caramel ice cream.

The Berry-Tea Bliss (S$5.80) marries Gong Cha’s signature milk tea with strawberry ice cream made with real strawberries, and the Sunshine Mango (S$5.80) is Gong Cha’s Jasmine Green tea drink combined with a scoop of mango sorbet.

The berry and mango-flavored drinks come with heart and star-shaped pieces of nata de coco jelly respectively. It’s an insta-worthy combination.

All drinks go on sale Friday at 21 Gong Cha outlets in shopping malls like 313 Somerset, Causeway Point and Paya Lebar Quarter.
