If there’s one thing Uniqlo does well — besides stocking your wardrobe with basics — it’s collaborating with well-known names on limited edition collections. From luxury brands like Jil Sander and Alexander Wang to cool artists such as Kaws and Pharrell Williams to fan favorite franchises like Star Wars and Avengers, the Japanese retail giant is no stranger to frenzied queues whenever it drops a highly-anticipated launch.

Like this upcoming one with BT21, starring the cute characters designed by K-pop stars BTS in 2017 when they joined the Line Friends’ Creators initiative, a project between the messaging app and global artists. If Tata, Chimmy, Mang, RJ, Cooky, Koya, Shooky, and Van mean nothing to you, perhaps you’re not the target audience. But if you’re one of the hundreds of fans who got all excited when Uniqlo Singapore announced the collection on its social media channels, here’s the lowdown on what to expect.

The full line, consisting of 11 designs across 12 colors priced at S$14.90 each, debuts on June 21 at all Uniqlo stores across the island and on the brand’s retail site. But take note that each customer can only buy one piece per UT design and color, meaning you can only purchase a maximum of 12 items for this series.

Hopefully that means less chaos than when the claws came out for Uniqlo x Kaws.
